Q: What services do you provide?
A. We are a full-service
Bridal/Quinceananera/Formal Wear shop. That means that we have alterations available to you for a reasonable price here in the shop, we spot-clean and press your gown, we provide you with a garment bag, and much, much, more!
Q: Are these gowns New or Used?
A: We are not in the re-sale business, so our gowns for purchase are new. Our rental gowns vary in use: one gown may have been rented several times while another gown hasn't rented at all.
Q: How can I tell which dresses are for rent?
A: Our sales associates can help you find the rentals, and we also have signs posted throughout thte store which will help guide you...Just keep in mind that we cannot rent current styles, only discontinued styles are available for rent.
Q: What does "RESERVED" on the price tag mean? Can I still rent the dress?
A: If you see a naem and date under "RESERVED". That means the dress is reserved for so-and-so on that date. In order to rent the dress, there needs to be at least 2 weeks between the other date to allow for cleaning and alterations. If you do not see a name/date, then the dress is fair game.
Q: What are the Rental/Lay-A-Way terms?
A: At the same time you place your order, one of our sales associates will go over the terms of either contract with you.
Q: Am I required to get alterations here?
A: Yes and NO....If you PURCHASE a gown, you are NOT required to get alterations here, but if you are RENTING a dress, we are the only ones who can alter rental dresses.
Q: Where is your chapel?
A: Our chapel is in a separate location. We require that you set up and appointment so that we can take you on a "grand tour" of our facilities. Please keep in mind that we have ministers available too...even if you decide not to use our chapel!

You are not obligated to buy anything at the time you make your list. We will file everything under you last name until your event date.
